- 1 bowl paneer cubes
- Salt according to your taste

- 1 Cinnamon
- 5 Green Cardamom
- 1 bay leave (Tej Patta)
- Ginger – 1 tablespoon

- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 7-8 cashews
- ¼ tablespoon chopped green chili
- Salt according to the taste
- Red chili powder according to the taste
- Coriander powder (dhania powder) – ½ tablespoon
- Cumin powder (jeera powder) – ½ tablespoon
- Garam masala – ¼ tablespoon
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch) – ¼ tablespoon
- Kasoori methi – ½ tablespoon
- Cardamon powder (Eliachi powder) – ½ tablespoon
- Honey – ½ tablespoon
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cream
How to make Paneer Butter Masala
1. Firstly, heat oil in a pan and then add butter to it.
2. Now add black cardamom, cinnamon, bay leave, and green cardamon mix and stir them well.
3. Add ginger and garlic to it and mix well.
4. Now add chopped onion and tomato and mix them well.
5. Add cashews and green chili and mix everything well until the mixture becomes thick and liquid.
6. Now add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and black pepper to stir everything well.
7. Keep mixing the mixture then add honey and Kasuri methi.
8. Now add fried paneer cubes in the gravy mix it again.
9. Now put some milk and mix again nicely.
10. Let the gravy cook well and lastly add cream and cardamom powder and mix it again well.
