How to make Cheese Garlic Bread on the Stove –

Cheese garlic bread ingredients:

  • 6 bread slices
  • Garlic – 2 tablespoon
  • Butter – 3 tablespoons 
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano – ¼ tablespoon 
  • Chili Flakes – ¼ tablespoon 
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon 

Bread Recipe on stove:

1. Firstly, grate or chop the 2 tablespoons garlic.

2. Now take a bowl in that add 3 tablespoons butter it should be room temperature and not frozen if using unsalted butter then add a pinch of salt not more than that.

3. Add grated garlic in the bowl, coriander leaves, ¼ tablespoon oregano or mix herbs, and ¼ tablespoon chili flakes. Mix everything well.

4. Now take a bread slice and spread the mixture all over the slice.

5. After that add grated mozzarella cheese to the slice and cover it with another bread apply the butter mixture on top of the covered bread.

6. Do the same process with other slices of bread.

7. Now take a pan turn the flame medium and put the butter mixture side of bread on it first. 

8. Now apply the butter mixture on the top side. (We have to apply the butter mixture on both top and bottom sides and on Tava we have to first put the side that is already buttered and then butter the top side).

9. Now cover the pan with the help of the lid.  Turn the flame medium and cook for 2 minutes. Keep checking to avoid burning. 

10. Now check after two minutes the bottom side will turn golden brown flip the side and cook for 1 minute no need to cover now. 

11. Now take bread output it on a plate and sprinkle oregano and cut it into strips.

12. The cheese garlic bread recipe is ready to serve hot.

Cheese garlic bread ingredients: 

  • 6 bread slices
  • Garlic – 2 tablespoon 
  • Butter – 3 tablespoons
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano – ¼ tablespoon 
  • Chili Flakes – ¼ tablespoon 
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon

Bread Recipe on the oven:

1. Before beginning heat the oven to 200 degrees C/392-degree F.

2. Now take a bowl in that add 3 tablespoons butter it should be room temperature and not frozen if using unsalted butter then add a pinch of salt not more than that.

3. Add grated garlic in the bowl, coriander leaves, ¼ tablespoon oregano or mix herbs, and ¼ tablespoon chili flakes. Mix everything well.

4. After that spread the mixture on all the slices and top them with grated mozzarella cheese.

5. Place the bread in the baking tray (butter side should come on top) then put the tray in a pre-heated oven on the top rack at 200-degree Celsius bake slices for 5-6 minutes to make till the bottom and edges became light golden, crispy, and cheese begin to melt. Don’t flip the side.

6. When the bread bakes completely take them out and sprinkle oregano in them.

7. The cheese garlic bread recipe is ready.
